Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Active Virginia School Psychologist license or relevant credential
• Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Proficiency conducting assessments, facilitating IEPs, and supporting eligibility determinations
• Excellent written communication for reports and documentation
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Conduct assessments for special education eligibility across grade levels
• Analyze and interpret assessment findings, producing thorough, actionable written reports
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and parent meetings, offering professional recommendations
• Work alongside teachers, special educators, and administrators to support student achievement
• Assist with the development, implementation, and review of behavior intervention plans
• Ensure all records, timelines, and documentation remain compliant with regulations
