Med/Surg RN – Nights (12s) | 36 hrs/week | 13 Weeks

Requirements

• 1+ year strong Med/Surg experience
• First-time travelers accepted with solid experience
• NIHSS & BLS required
• Comfortable with wounds, chest tubes, drains/ostomies, PCA/epidurals, post-op recovery

Patient Population

• COPD, CHF, CAD, DM, sepsis, GI bleeds, dialysis, dementia, ETOH withdrawal, wounds, stroke patients

Details

• Nights: 7P–7A
• 1:5–6 ratio
• 40-bed acute care/stroke-certified unit
• 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
• Meditech | Pyxis | Baxter pumps | Voalte

Additional

• Cross-training to Surgical/Oncology overflow units

• Free parking/shuttle
