SR Recruiter (Temporary)HQ Aero is currently recruiting a SR. RECRUITER for BRIDGEPORT, WV. Responsibilities include:Collaborate with Senior Recruiter on profile(s); support sourcing efforts as needed.Screen resumes to ensure mutual interest & fit; assess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements. This may be done through video, phone or in-person interviews.Share select resumes with hiring manager and collaborate on candidate profiles.Execute interviews; consolidate interview feedback & recommendations and lead selection decision-making decisions.Determine job offer details; discuss with HR and Compensation.Extend job offers; ensure successful acceptance. Communicate status with hiring manager.Communicate status with candidate throughout entire process.Communicate pre-employment process and required steps with candidate; set expectations to ensure transparency.Coordinate with Recruiting Advisor on pre-employment process.Keep hiring manager abreast of candidates; ensure candidates are tracking toward target start date.Rescind offers as necessary in the event pre-employment requirements are not met.Administer employee referral program; vet all referred resumes for fit and keep employee abreast of outcome.Maintain all candidate documents in compliance with state law and company standards.Accuracy of ATS and dashboards is a must; track metrics closely to ensure positive progress against hiring goals and company goals.Qualifications & Experience:Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.5 or more years of recruiter experience – 7+ years of experience preferred.Previous experience in heavy industries, transportation, and/or aviation is a plus.Apply a customer service approach to recruitment; specifically with process, candidate, hiring manager, company leadership, etc.Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically within the Microsoft suite of programs.Hands-on experience with an ATS; Success Factors is a plus.Experience using HRIS platforms (i.e. Success Factors)Experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.Experienced at conducting behavior-based interviews; certification as a behavioral based interviewer is a plus.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.Demonstrate time management and follow-through; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle highly confidential information.Experience with candidate search in an agency or corporation is a plus.Travel may be required.
