Workout Anytime Reidsville is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Director to lead our team and inspire our members in Reidsville, NC. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in your community by building a culture of health, wellness, and results. If you love fitness and love leading people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fitness operations and ensure a high-quality member experience
- Recruit, train, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff
- Drive personal training sales and meet monthly revenue goals
- Develop and deliver fitness programs, group training, and member assessments
- Monitor and coach staff performance, scheduling, and professional development
- Engage with members on the gym floor to build relationships and retention
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and fitness certifications
- Accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) required
- 2+ years of experience in personal training or fitness management
- Proven track record in fitness sales and meeting revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and member engagement skills
- CPR/AED certification required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness
