Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 14 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking Trust & Estate attorneys at multiple experience levels for positions across several office locations. Offices Hiring: Rochester, NY: accepting applications at the Associate level (2-7 years of experience preferred) Buffalo, NY: accepting applications at the Senior Counsel or Member (Partner) level (8+ years of experience preferred) Naples, FL: accepting applications at the Senior Counsel or Member (Partner) level (8+ years of experience preferred) Qualifications: Admitted to practice in New York state; Applicants for the Naples, FL office should be admitted to practice in FL, or have the ability to become admitted within one year of hire for the Naples, FL Location J.D. degree from an accredited law school; An LLM in tax law or estate planning is helpful, but not required; Candidates will have experience practicing estate planning, representing high-net worth individuals and trusts with respect to estate, income, and gift tax planning matters, as well as trust and estate administration; Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs; Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills; Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills How to apply: Click here to apply. The salary range at the Senior Counsel level for the Buffalo, NY office is $150,000 – $250,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. The salary range at the Associate level for the Rochester, NY office is $110,000 - $155,000. Actual compensation, and title, will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, portable book of business and office location.
