PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large-scale logistics repair and communication company with worksites located in the Buda, Del Valle, and Austin, TX. We are currently hiring Experienced Inventory Specialist’s with proven cycle counting skills and strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.

This inventory Associate position is a short-term assignment (possibly up to 1 week per site)

$18.06 per hour

Inventory Specialist Job Summary

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

1. Perform accurate daily cycle counts and maintain up-to-date physical inventory records
2. Receive, unload, and scan units using RF scanners; ensure correct stock rotation
3. Verify inventory data, unit IDs, and maintain tracking accuracy
4. Pick, pack, and prep items for shipment with high attention to detail
5. Follow all site and safety protocols

Inventory Specialist Qualifications

• Lift to 50#
• Willing to work inside and outside as needed even in inclement weather.
• Ability to maintain great attendance.
• Experience using computers, RF Scanners, Outlook, Excel, and WMS
