Maintenance Technician - $19.29/hour
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our property equipment functions properly, premises are maintained in pristine condition, and guest rooms are in excellent repair. You'll work with minimal supervision performing essential duties, respond to guest requests, complete preventative maintenance inspections, and handle repairs in a timely and professional manner. This role includes interior and exterior property maintenance, managing work orders per the Green Shield Binder, maintaining fire safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience, and the ability to read and speak English proficiently. You'll need to interact effectively with guests, associates, and vendors while following safety rules and company standards. Physical requirements include the ability to remain mobile throughout the property, lift up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and navigate heights and low areas safely. This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with resolving guest issues in accordance with company policies.
