• Help identify and address program-level barriers that prevent ?opio from accessing or completing education, training, and workforce opportunities.
Land Preparation and Cross-Program Collaboration
• Work closely with Navigators across ?Upena Pili to understand ?opio interests, strengths, goals, and readiness and provide pathway-specific options and resources without replacing the Navigator's primary mentoring relationship;
• Collaborate with the Wellness, Cultural, and Data & Events Coordinators as an integrated Ki?apu land-preparation team so opportunities are culturally nourishing, healing-centered, and well-supported;
• Coordinate with other youth programs under ?Upena Pili to share resources and opportunities, strengthen referrals, reduce duplication, and expand pathways available to ?opio;
• Participate in Ki?apu and cross-program planning, case conferencing, and coordinated problem-solving when pathway expertise is needed.
Partnership and Opportunity Stewardship
• Use active listening, relationship-building, advocacy, and professional communication to cultivate dependable, mutually beneficial partnerships;

• Track pathway offerings, referrals, enrollment, participation, completion, credentials, placements, retention, and other assigned outcomes in PIDF systems;
• Gather feedback from ?opio, Navigators, staff, and partners to assess the accessibility, relevance, and quality of pathway opportunities;
• Use data and feedback to recommend adjustments, strengthen partner experiences, and improve education and workforce outcomes;
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records and contribute information for reports, dashboards, evaluation, and program planning.
Other Duties
