Column Loading Operator

Shift time: 2nd Shift; Mon Thurs 3:10 pm - 1:40 am (10 Hr/Day) Off Friday.

• Perform column loading and assembly tasks in a clean lab-like production environment
• Accurately measure and dispense solvents/chemicals into columns using automated machinery
• Operate and monitor computer-controlled equipment to ensure proper process execution
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail during all tasks
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Participate in safety training and comply with all regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• 13 years of experience in assembly manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly or production processes
• Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a controlled lab setting
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate automated systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to follow structured processes and safety protocols

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
