Requirements This is a boots-on-the-ground, field-based professional role. To be selected, you must meet the following: Physicality: You must be physically capable of carrying a 50lb ladder and performing roof assessments in all weather conditions. The Schedule: A customer-first 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM schedule to meet homeowners when they are home. The Audit: Our selection process is rigorous.
