Manages and facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings. ¿ Provides review and approval for all Normal changes to ensure they meet process requirements. ¿ Provides review and approval for all proposed Standard Change templates. ¿ Provides direction to the Corp. DT Infra. Operations and Product Support Teams in resolving scheduling conflicts. ¿ Ensures proper notifications are sent to the relevant parties and approvals are obtained for necessary Change requests.
