Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in decline of physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services across a variety of specialty areas including sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, and balance and dizziness rehab
• Deliver pediatric rehabilitation, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care as needed
• Travel to multiple points of care to support patient treatment needs

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Ability to travel to multiple care locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
• Background in neurological, pediatric, or balance and vestibular rehabilitation
