About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Capital Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Treasury's capital management activities, including the development and enhancement of balance sheet and capital forecasting methodologies, and the comprehensive capital management framework. This role involves cross-functional interaction and collaboration, particularly with teams in liquidity management, asset liability management, regulatory reporting, financial controllers, and finance change management. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing financial forecasts, performing detailed analyses for capital management initiatives, and maintaining an understanding of regulatory capital requirements. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple projects, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to produce high-quality presentations for senior leadership. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for those with a background in CCAR/DFAST, resolution planning, RWA optimization, or liquidity management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, FRM, or CPA are highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong partnership and collaboration skills, project management abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to change. Proficiency in financial and analytical tools is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fluid environment.
