On-Call Front Desk Associate - San Diego

Schedule Shifts vary depending on business needs. Sample shifts include: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. You can choose your hours. On‑Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and may also be called in for emergency situations. This position will support the San Diego team by providing front desk coverage at properties throughout the San Diego area. Must be available to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month. Compensation Compensation: $21.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour on Action observed holidays. Responsibilities Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner. Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators. Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control. Provide concierge services. Complete the Daily Activity Report. Receive and distribute resident parcels. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Address resident and guest concerns and questions. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents. Qualifications Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screening. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Availability to work the minimum monthly shift requirement. Reliable and punctual; willing to cover shifts at properties throughout San Diego.
