Territory Sales Specialist - Seattle, San Francisco OR Portland

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Sales Specialist to drive TTM product adoption and revenue growth across Seattle, Portland, or San Francisco markets. The role combines field sales, customer relationship management, and product education to expand market presence and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote TTM products to targeted accounts and expand regional customer base
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and product quotas
- Conduct in-person product training and in-servicing to drive customer adoption
- Identify and close TTM Analytics Subscription opportunities and present clinical data
- Deliver quarterly results presentations and participate in territory business planning sessions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and establish rapport
- Consultative selling experience or willingness to learn
- 80% regional travel capacity
- Self-directed work style with minimal supervision needed
Compensation: $66,700 - $106,700
