In-Home Acute Care RN — Mobile Hospital at Home
Advocate Health Care
Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes within the Park Ridge area, leveraging both in-person and remote monitoring to support acute care needs. You will use IV starts, phlebotomy, and medication administration while coordinating discharge planning with an interdisciplinary team.
