Our organization and the affiliated medical school are on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians to become part of our dedicated and skilled women's health teams across Indiana. This is an exceptional chance to work in a collaborative, academic environment that prioritizes outstanding patient care, education, and research.

Position Highlights:
  • Diverse Practice Opportunities: Positions are available in various communities throughout Indiana, encompassing urban, suburban, and rural areas.

  • Collaborative Care Approach: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team aimed at enhancing outcomes for patients and their families.

  • Comprehensive OB/GYN Services: Services include contraception counseling, IUD insertion and removal, pregnancy management and deliveries (both vaginal and cesarean), gynecological procedures, ultrasound, and care throughout the female lifespan.

  • Work-Life Balance: Shared call responsibilities and support from a laborist team help maintain a sustainable work schedule.

  • Academic Involvement: Faculty duties will be adjusted based on experience and rank, with chances to educate medical students and residents.

  • Research Opportunities: Engage in research, clinical innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Dual Employment: Full-time roles with both our organization and the affiliated medical school.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Attractive salary with potential for incentives.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including group insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off (vacation, CME, holidays), CME reimbursement, and relocation support.

  • Eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $150,000.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in OB/GYN.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Indiana.

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

  • Open to both recent graduates and seasoned professionals.
