Senior IT Project Manager

Duration: July 27, 2026 – December 31, 2026 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AKST (40 Hours/Week) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the recovery and stabilization of a Solid Waste Services SaaS implementation. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of critical business applications, including billing, routing, integrations, and operational workflows. Required Qualifications 8+ years (Expert) of IT Project Management experience. Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation or stabilization projects. Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience managing system integrations (ERP, GIS, payment systems, telematics, or similar enterprise applications). Strong leadership experience managing cross‑functional technical and business teams. Experience preparing project status reports, change requests, and executive presentations. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Experience with contract management, RFPs, and vendor coordination is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent Project Management certification. Experience working with public sector, municipal utilities, or Solid Waste Services organizations. Experience with enterprise billing, routing, and operational management systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
