Job Description

Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Manager, the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) provides patient care activities in critical care areas, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care. The RT is also responsible for training personnel in these specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in critical care settings.
• Administer respiratory therapy and related interventions.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy.
• Train and support respiratory therapy staff in specialized care areas.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience/Certifications/Licensure

As required by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
