What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in cardiac ICU settings, with a minimum of 2 years preferred
• Proficiency in critical skills such as IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheter management, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic EHR system experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Previous travel nursing experience in critical care units
• Additional certifications related to cardiac or ICU nursing
• Experience with complex patient monitoring and advanced cardiac procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent cardiac ICU experience for optimal performance

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekday nights with some weekends and rotating holidays
• Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Reliable transportation with parking options available at campus facilities
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
