Duties
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinates meeting locations, dates, participants, and agendas. Researches the necessary background information provided to meeting participants in advance
- Reviews assigned correspondence ensuring clarity, consistency, completeness, and compliance with organizational policy.
- Provides recommendations to the MRPBS and OA management teams on administrative priorities, and approaches and methods to be used in achieving goals
- Advise the program divisions on MRPBS administrative policy and procedure
- Coordinates MRPBS planning, staffing, FOIA, COOP activities, data calls, etc., as the need arises
