Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Salary Range: $40-$42.50 per hour Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule including weekends as needed. Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. Employment Type: Permanent Location: 180‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals Provide evidence‑based therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Educate patients and their families on speech and swallowing strategies and techniques Maintain accurate and timely patient records Stay current with latest research and techniques in the field of speech language pathology Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility Strong knowledge and understanding of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
