Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends!

Northeast Battery is seeking a motivated, safety and customer service focused individual to join our team as a CDL B Delivery Driver out of our Auburn, MA warehouse. Great pay featuring $30-$32/hour to start. Bonuses available!

The position offers:

• Monday – Friday schedule, no weekends
• Typical days are 5am-2pm, 8-12 stops some overtime available
• Competitive pay $30-32 to start plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Deliver batteries to Local Companies Golf Courses and Municipalities through the greater New England area – average day 8-12 stops
• Safely Loading and Unloading Product, whether by hand electric pallet jack & liftgate
• Maintaining proactive and professional communication with customers
• Properly documenting all deliveries and pick-ups.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license and at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to qualify for DOT medical card
• Strong customer service skills
• At least 1 year of Box Truck and delivery experience
• Experience with electronic logs and GPS
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:

Physical requirements include frequent lifting of up to 75 lbs.

Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling is also required.

We are growing rapidly, and we are seeking experienced Class B Route Service Drivers. Our Drivers represent our company and serve our customers safely and professionally, reporting to the Branch Manager and the Fleet Operations Manager.
