What You’ll Do Provide individualized one-on-one support to participants in Supported Family Living or Independent Living programs. Support individuals with daily living activities, community access, skill development, and personal goals. Offer stability, companionship, and personalized support that empowers independence and celebrates individuality. Forge meaningful connections and help foster strong community ties.
