Annuity Associate Service Representative Job Overview The Annuity Associate Service Representative supports our Financial Professionals, their assistants and internal business partners in the purchase of annuities via the Annuity Order Entry platform. This individual is part of a specialized service team supporting a high volume of calls per day. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls or responses to emails related to annuities. Maintain detailed knowledge of LPL processes and system platform as they relate to annuities. Maintain detailed knowledge about annuity products supported by the Annuity Order Entry system and explain the differences between product features. Collaborate with internal business partners to assist with resolving escalations and adapt to operational and compliance process changes. Requirements 2+ years of previous customer service experience. Core Competencies Commit to owning the customer experience by driving satisfaction to high levels and adhering to corporate values. Strong attention to detail. Strong client focus and work ethic. Ability to provide effective feedback. Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills. Preferences Financial services experience, investment services. Licenses / Certifications Series 99, Series 7. Pay Range & Benefits $19.38–$29.08 per hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, internal peers, performance, and geographic location.
