Junior Accountant

Essential Responsibilities Prepare quarterly financial workpapers for investment entities and affiliated structures Record and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation Maintain organized, audit-ready support for all financial transactions Prepare quarterly investor capital account statements Generate capital call and distribution calculations and supporting schedules Forecast capital requirements based on new investments and projected operating expenses Calculate investor distributions in accordance with governing partnership agreements Distribute capital call and distribution notices to investors detailing their respective allocations Monitor bank activity, including incoming and outgoing wire transactions Support annual audit processes by compiling documentation requested by external auditors Coordinate with accounts payable to process invoices and wire payments Review expenses for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals prior to payment release Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with a concentration in Accounting 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within fund administration or public accounting Actively pursuing CPA licensure Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Self‑motivated with the ability to perform effectively with limited supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
