Job Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter. Compensation & Benefits Potential earnings range from $51,408 to $87,288 annually (location and personal success dependent), with top performers earning up to $160,000+ per year. Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius for managing a multi‑store territory. Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
