JOB RELATIONSHIPSPharmacy Managers, Pharmacist on duty, Pharmacy Technician SupervisorDEFINITION OF POSITIONA Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting pharmacists in various aspects of medication acquisition, preparation, distribution, and billing.QUALIFICATIONSA. ProfessionalHigh school graduate or equivalentRegistered as a Pharmacy Technician by the North Carolina Board of PharmacySix months experience as a pharmacy technician or successful completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program 4.Must obtain PTCB certification within the first six months of employment.
