Qualifications Minimum Requirements upon hire: Minimum of (5) years of prior peace office experience from a Federal, state, county, or local law enforcement agency AND completion of Peace officer Standards and Training (POST) academy, OR completion of a Federal state, county, or local law enforcement training academy with a verifiable certificate or transcript. Valid California State Guard card. CPR/First Aid certification. Baton certification. Demonstrate ability to read, write and converse clearly in English.
