Entry-Level Assembler – Hands-on, physically demanding work. No experience required. Must be comfortable with heavy labor.

Entry Level Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

The Assembler is responsible for assisting with the assembly and production of trusses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires handling lumber and materials throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable performing heavy physical work, standing for extended periods, and working as part of a production team.

Entry Level Assembler Qualifications:

• No previous assembly or manufacturing experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle building materials safely.
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening.
