Position Summary...

The Senior Manager of Assortment Insights supports Merchandising in the effort to deliver value-driven assortments for every customer, tailored and localized to their communities and space, available through their preferred channels via seamless omnichannel assortment experience. About Team: Merchandising Whether it's managing a budget, replenishing product, developing mods, reviewing performance, or building strategy, Merch Ops touches all aspects of Merchandising. What you'll do:

• Advance assortment localization at scale.
• Close assortment gaps to improve assortment coverage and market share.
• Strategically optimize category space and flow.
• Curate in store and online experiences that drive frequency, loyalty and basket expansion.
• Enable faster fulfillment through assortment design.
• Scale decision quality through the use of AI.

What you'll bring:

• Influence & Cross-Functional Leadership - Effectively partners across Merchandising, Replenishment, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and eCommerce to align priorities and drive enterprise-wide execution at scale.
• Bias for action and innovation - Operates with speed, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset to test, learn, and implement scalable solutions that modernize assortment planning and localization capabilities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverages analytics, AI, and insights to identify assortment gaps, optimize category performance, improve space productivity, and scale high-quality merchandising decisions.
• Highly Organized & Execution-Oriented – Excels at managing complex, large-scale initiatives across categories, markets, and teams while maintaining strong attention to detail, prioritization, and operational discipline to deliver results at speed.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years' experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 5 years' experience in retail, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications: Category Management, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Retail Industry, Supervising Associates
