Position Details

We are seeking a fulltime Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and dedicated to creating meaningful patient relationships. The ideal candidate is a teamoriented professional who demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a calm, friendly presence.

This role includes performing standard hygiene procedures such as periodontal charting, patient education, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, and assisting in maintaining smooth clinical flow. Our hygienists play an active role in treatment planning, patient communication, and supporting the overall success of the practice.

You will be joining a team that values reliability, collaboration, and professionalism. We offer a structured schedule, supportive environment, and opportunities for continued growth within a wellestablished office.


Requirements

• Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license
• Strong emphasis on patient care, comfort, and education
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to high standards of clinical care
• Dependability and consistency in providing quality hygiene services

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
