The Cambria Hotel Boston Logan Airport is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Housekeepers / Room Attendants to deliver a best-in-class guest experience through exceptional cleanliness and presentation. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-energy team where quality, efficiency, and pride in execution define success. Position Overview As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring all guestrooms and assigned areas meet Cambria and Choice Hotels brand standards. You will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guestrooms to brand standards, including bedrooms and bathrooms Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities Ensure rooms are properly stocked and presentation-ready for arrivals Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and assigned work areas Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures Complete daily room assignments within productivity expectations Deliver friendly, professional interactions with guests when needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) PTO + Holiday Pay (for eligible team members) Health, Dental, Vision Benefits Choice Hotels Employee Discount Program Growth opportunities within a dynamic hospitality platform Why Cambria – Boston Logan Airport?
