(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Responsible for operating forklifts, receiving merchandise, maintaining inventory, safety, and customer service support across a Walmart Sam's Club warehouse and showroom environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with company standards. Receive, organize, and store merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain inventory flow, track goods, and control shrinkage using inventory tools and equipment. Perform safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous material handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions. Manage sales floor merchandising: zoning, stocking, rotating, removing damaged goods, and setting displays. Support club pick‑up orders, assist with staging, and ensure on‑time order fulfillment. Assist members with technology services, purchasing decisions, and self‑service kiosks. Identify shrink or improvement opportunities in product areas and take corrective action. Maintain equipment and promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 90 days forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely use pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team. Benefits Competitive pay and performance-based bonus awards.
