Driving customer engagement and sales growth, the full-time remote Design & Sales Expert will provide in-home consultations, create elevated designs using design tools, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Naples/Ft. Myers, Florida. Key responsibilities Provide enriching customer interactions through in-home and virtual design consultations Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and presentations tailored to customer needs Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and meet sales goals Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales, Home Decor Design, or retail/customer service Understanding of basic design functions, including spatial planning and interior design styles Strong proficiency in design tools and technology, including 2D and 3D software Proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships Effective communication skills to convey brand vision and customer needs
