Buyer

When a Buyer seat opens at Performance Advisory Group, it's because we trust someone new to own Work Ethic from week one in West Valley City. This Buyer opening rewards 5 years with more than $68,000 - $101,000 — it offers a real grip on the general direction at Performance Advisory Group. Key Responsibilities Turn ambiguous Work Ethic requests into shipped, measurable outcomes Keep Performance Advisory Group's hybrid commitments visible and on track Defend the Collaboration fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls Pair Team Leadership fluency with the patience to explain it plainly Deliver fast-paced results that align with broader business objectives Keep Negotiation documentation current as the work outpaces it What You'll Bring A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam Around 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a general role Prior experience working on‑site in West Valley City, UT, or willingness to relocate A history of leaving general processes better than you found them Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment Our wildly‑collaborative approach to general has made Performance Advisory Group a go‑to choice for companies throughout UT. We believe the best general decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up. We do not just dangle $68,000 - $101,000; we back it with mentorship, a real benefits suite, and schedules that bend around West Valley City, UT living.
