Vending Machine Associate

Overview We are in search of a Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail Business team. The person will be responsible for the local operation and management of our vending machine (RoboShop) and ensuring the achievement of RoboShop’s performance. This role will also support store stocking and customer service experience operations as well. Responsibilities Mainly responsible for Robo Shop management, product restocking, sanitary standards, and addressing customer complaints to ensure performance targets are met. Assist warehouse and goods management including products in and out of storage, allocation and inventory control. Assist the development manager with follow-up on the leasing process and file management of Robo Shop related contracts. Support store sales around the NYC area as needed. Other duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months retail or related experience. Great personality and excellent communication skills. Tenacious sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends. Fluency in any other language is a plus. Having a driver’s license or access to a vehicle is a plus. Transportation is a non-negotiable for this role; this role involves a commute.
