We are looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join an outstanding insurance agency in Kingsburg, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the Producer in all administrative aspects of commercial insurance.

What we need from you

• Experience - Must have 1-2+ years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in the area of commercial lines
• Knowledge - You are strongly knowledgeable of insurance terminology
• Licensed - You currently have your Property & Casualty License
• Customer Service - You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Educated - You have a drive to keep learning. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Position:

• Responsible for the daily service requirements on assigned book of business
• Binding coverage and confirming with client, billing, certificates, change requests and audit processing, review of policies and coverage breakdowns
• Market renewal business and assists producer in the marketing of new business as assigned
• Independently respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, and related matters
• Assist in new and renewal proposals

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 Per
