We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our exceptional team.

Position Overview

As a Bartender at Belfair, you will create a welcoming and refined bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages and delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in pre-shift and departmental meetings
• Support service staff as needed and perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer required
• Private club experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol
• Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire (cost covered by Belfair)
