What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, specialized nursing care to diverse ICU patients, including neonates, adults, and seniors as needed
• Assess patient condition, develop and revise plans of care, and execute interventions aligned with nursing standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Delegate activities appropriately to other healthcare providers
• Actively participate in quality improvement and practice standards enhancement
• Float to other ICU units (such as S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and medical/surgical units as needed

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different ICU environments and float as needed
