- 10+ years of experience with MVS COBOL
- 10+ years of experience with JCL
- 10+ years of experience with IDMS/Network
- 7+ years of experience with CA-ADS
- 5+ years of experience with Changeman
- 5+ years of experience with CICS
- 5+ years of experience with VSAM
Soft skills required: Effective communication skills (written and oral), adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, time management, ability to work effectively in a stressful environment

- Sas
- File-aid
- Medicaid or Medicare claims processing
- MQ

Required education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
