Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers

• Conduct policy and household reviews

• Work with customers considering cancellation and actively attempt to retain their business

• Ask questions to uncover needs and opportunities

• Identify potential coverage gaps

• Handle objections and confidently communicate value

• Identify cross sale opportunities

• Quote additional insurance products

• Identify policy rewrite opportunities when appropriate

• Discuss coverage improvement opportunities

• Identify life insurance opportunities

• Prepare and present solutions

• Follow up consistently

• Ask for the business and close opportunities

• Manage an active customer pipeline

• Document conversations, opportunities, follow ups, and outcomes

• Meet weekly and monthly activity, retention, sales, and production expectations

Requirements

• Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
• Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making proactive outbound calls and conducting sales-focused customer conversations.
• Ability to identify customer needs, communicate value, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business.
• Organized, coachable, and able to consistently follow up and manage multiple customer opportunities.
