Responsibilities

As Director Of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Nurse Manager, You Will:

• Oversee Clinical Operations For Skilled Nursing And Personal Care Services
• Provide Leadership, Supervision, And Support To Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, And CHHAs
• Conduct Assessments, Supervisory Visits, Clinical Reviews, And Documentation Audits
• Support Complex Cases, Including Wound Care And Infusion Therapy
• Ensure Compliance With New Jersey Home Care Regulations, Joint Commission Standards, And Agency Policies
• Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives, Clinical Audits, And Survey Readiness Activities
• Provide Training, Mentoring, And Professional Development For Clinical Staff
• Partner With Ownership To Develop New Clinical Programs And Expand Skilled Nursing Services
• Build Relationships With Referral Sources And Support Agency Growth

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License In Good Standing
• BSN Required; MSN Preferred
• Minimum 3 Years Of Nursing Leadership Experience
• Experience In Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Or Post-Acute Care Preferred
• Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Compliance, Documentation Standards, And Regulatory Requirements
• Experience With Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, Or Complex Skilled Nursing Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $104,000 Annual Base Salary
• Up To 15% Annual Performance Bonus
