Nuclear Medicine Technologist

JOB SUMMARY Seeking a skilled and certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a rapid response assignment. Key Responsibilities Administer radiopharmaceuticals and conduct imaging procedures. Operate nuclear medicine equipment and ensure proper functioning. Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines. Schedule / Shift 6 weeks assignment. 40 hours guaranteed. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. No special schedules or RTO. Required Qualifications ARRT (N) certification OR CNMT OR NMT OR State License as General Radiographer. Experience Demonstrated experience in Nuclear Medicine, performing a range of diagnostic imaging procedures. Certifications ARRT (N) CNMT (preferred) NMT (preferred) State License as General Radiographer Skills Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and procedures. Ability to operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment. Strong understanding of radiation safety principles. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. EMR / Systems As required by facility. Patient Population Adult and potentially geriatric patients.
