Travel PACU RN

We are seeking a skilled PACU RN for a travel assignment focused on providing specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery. Key Responsibilities Assessing patients' post-anesthesia condition and vital signs Administering medications and treatments per protocols Monitoring recovery progress and responding to emergencies Documenting patient assessments and interventions Collaborating with surgical teams for comprehensive post-operative care Developing patient and family education plans Operating PACU equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort Qualifications And Skills Required One year of recent PACU RN experience Valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment Proficiency in reading instructions, documentation, and basic computer skills Preferred qualifications include PALS or ENPC certifications.
