Purchasing SpecialistMaxLinear is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following:Manage the end-to-end procurement to pay cycle for MaxLinear U.S. non-production POs, including both OPEX and CAPEXCoordinate weekly office and pantry supply orders for U.S. officesAssist accounting and receiving functions with invoices, receipts, and month-end accrualsObtain documents for new vendor set up and negotiate payment termsResolve any supply, service, and invoicing issues with vendorsCommunicate with internal teams to set expectations and deliver goods or services on timeKeep a record of credit card purchases to support monthly statement reconciliationAssist with obtaining approvals and signatures for NDAs and ContractsConduct restricted party screeningMaintain and update the NDA logQualificationsExperience in purchasing / procurementProficient in Excel a mustExperience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience in working with D365 Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft tools preferredBachelor's + 3 years of experienceCompensation and BenefitsMaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of: $22.00 to $27.00 HourlyWe offer competitive benefits designed to support employee health, welfare, and retirement and some highlights are: health care benefits, 401k savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and paid time off.The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, and will not be discriminated against based on race, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.Company OverviewMaxLinear is a global, NASDAQ-traded company (MXL) where the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.
