Line Cook / Rounds Cook

The Heritage Club – Mason, Ohio

Full-Time | Starting at $20+/hour (Based on Experience)

The Heritage Club is seeking a dependable, energetic Line Cook/Rounds Cook to join our culinary team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality food in a professional, team-oriented environment where employees are respected and have opportunities to grow.

Schedule:

Primarily afternoon/evening shifts
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Occasional daytime shifts
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-Time.
Flexible scheduling when possible.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $20+/hour , based on experience.

What You'll Do:

As part of our culinary team, you'll be trained in all areas of the kitchen and will assist with preparing and serving exceptional meals for our members and guests.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold menu items.
Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
Prepare dressings, sauces, and mise en place.
Maintain clean, organized workstations.
Follow recipes and presentation standards.
Rotate and properly store food using FIFO methods.
Monitor product levels and communicate shortages.
Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
Support fellow cooks during service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable and punctual.
Team player with good communication skills.
Passion for preparing quality food.
Ability to follow recipes and standards consistently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
