Full-Time | Starting at $20+/hour (Based on Experience)

The Heritage Club is seeking a dependable, energetic Line Cook/Rounds Cook to join our culinary team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality food in a professional, team-oriented environment where employees are respected and have opportunities to grow.

Schedule:

• Primarily afternoon/evening shifts
  • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Occasional daytime shifts
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-Time.
• Flexible scheduling when possible.

What You'll Do:

As part of our culinary team, you'll be trained in all areas of the kitchen and will assist with preparing and serving exceptional meals for our members and guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold menu items.
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
• Prepare dressings, sauces, and mise en place.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Rotate and properly store food using FIFO methods.
• Monitor product levels and communicate shortages.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Support fellow cooks during service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Passion for preparing quality food.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards consistently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
