We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately
• Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Additional Information:

• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
