Travel Special Procedures Technologist (IR) – 13 Weeks Contract
Location: Scottsbluff, NE 69361
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4x10 Hour Shifts
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Special Procedures Technologist (Interventional Radiology) to support advanced imaging procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role involves assisting with minimally invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Strong Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
✔ ARRT Certification
✔ BLS (Basic Life Support)
✔ Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
✔ Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures

Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experienced as a Interventional Radiology required
✔ Hospital setting experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality imaging
• Monitor patients during procedures for safety and comfort
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards
• Document procedures accurately in EMR (Cerner)
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
