Join our loving team as a Shift Manager in the Food & Beverage industry! We are seeking motivated individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive first impression through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by upholding store cleanliness standards.
- Provide customers with pertinent information about our yogurt products and choices.
- Acknowledge and thank every customer as they enter and exit the store.
- Complete all duties assigned by management with punctuality and consistency.
- Be flexible and cooperative with staff to accomplish team goals.
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude .
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a knack for seamless maneuvering.
- Self-motivated with a quick-to-learn aptitude for growth.
- Experience in prepping fresh fruit toppings efficiently.
